Southeast Realty Group is proud to offer Property Management services to our Customers. We are very knowledgable in the Florida Landlord Tenant Law and provide services that are very valuable to Landlords and Property Owners who are wishing to lease their properties. All of our leases are Attorney prepared by a local attorney who we work very closely with on all managed properties. Our skills and desires to profit our Property Owners are a top priority in managing properties.

When listing a property with us to manage you can expect the following: Attending to daily telephone, email and fax inquiries; Timely rent collection; A manager on call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year; Organizing keys for viewings, inspections and repair vendors; Writing and placing advertising in various media; Attending to payment of various expenses; Collection of late rent through various legal means; Lease enforcement with tenants; Hand delivery of notices to tenants as necessary; Attending to correspondance; Organizing maintenance repairs and quotes; Administering rent through thte trust account; Electronic funds transfer to your account; Copying/scanning of invoices; Filing evictions "if" necessary; Preparing annual year end income/expense statements and IRS1099 forms; Liason with Homeowner Asscoiations, if applicable; Organizing utilities to be turned on/off when required; Conducting annual rent reviews; Regular follow-up with maintenance contractors; Periodic visual inspections of the property to ensure compliance; processing notices to vacate or renew lease term; Liason with insurance companies, when authorized; Conducting video taped move in/out inspections; Lodging security deposit claims (when necessary) in accordance with the Florida Landlord Tenant Laws, F.S. 83; Liason with and assisting with sales brokerage firms; Maintaining a professional office with the latest technology and property management tools in our industry; Constant ongoing training and cutting edge knowledge of our industry.
